Our Hot Dip Galvanising plant is manned by skilled Technicians having ample experience in the field. They exercise independent quality control from the stage of procurement of raw material., pre-treatment of materials, right through the process of Hot Dip Galvanising and handling of finished products. We use imported Zinc of 99.99 % purity. We have adequate testing facilities at our works, as prescribed in the relevant standards.

We are proud to announce that as a Small Scale Industry we are reputed in having modern type of Hot Dip Galvanising Plant, with an Oil-fired furnace which enables uniform heating whilst speeding up the process itself. We galvanise any type of steel sections upto a length of 22 feet.

We also Hot Dip Galvanise small items such as Bolts, Nuts, Washers, Wire, Nails, Hook Bolts, Pins etc. by special centrifugal method, to IS : 5358, or BS.729, or ASTM A153 Class "C" or ISO 1461.

We can also supply Hot Dip Galvanised materials such as Reinforcement Tor Steel Bars, Earthing strips, Pipes, Bolts and Nuts, steel structures for chemical plant, sub-station structures, gratings and electrical overhead line materials such as cross arms, clamps, stay rods, trussing tackles etc.
